Data Storage Location: User data collected through the BioScore Application is hosted within the European Union at a data center facility located in Frankfurt, Germany, operated by Supabase, Inc. on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure (Region: eu-central-1).

Data Transmission & Encryption: All data transmissions between the Application and cloud servers are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. All stored user data is encrypted at rest.

NATURE OF THE APPLICATION AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:

BioScore is an information management and personal tracking tool. The Application is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745, nor is it intended to function as a software as a medical device (SaMD) under U.S. FDA guidelines.

All analyses, scores, reference ranges, and suggestions provided within the Application are offered strictly for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute diagnostic evaluation, medical advice, treatment plans, or prescriptions, and shall under no circumstances serve as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or care by a qualified healthcare provider.

Users shall not alter, suspend, or discontinue any existing medical treatment based solely on information provided by the Application. Any clinical or therapeutic decision remains under the sole discretion and responsibility of your physician.

The Application is intended exclusively for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
